Here's an example of a damaged carbon bar more than likely caused by over tightening the fasteners. This was caught during a typical inspection before failure and is subsiquently being replaced. You, on the other hand might not be so lucky...Like I said in a prior post, Inspect your bars and stem or have me inspect them for you. Ok...enough preachin'...
