Things have been heating up already even though it's still only January. I already reached max capacity yesterday evening while doing picking up and delivering bikes... This is what I like to call a happy problem.
Over the last few weeks I've had an increase of new clients that were referrals from current customers. To both I'd like to say thanks for your business and for your trust. It is truly a pleasure to meet new people, explain the concept of what I do, and to build strong relationships.
Finally, I'd like to remind those of you whom I haven't seen recently that now's the time to get your bike(s) taken care of so that when spring really arrives, you'll be ready to roll. I understand that it's still difficult to give up your bike for a few days because of the incredibly mild winter that we've been experiencing! Hey, anytime I can take a bike on an extended test ride in January, I'm not complaining! Anyway, that's it for now. There are some bikes that need my attention. Thanks for reading!
That's good to hear that those shops are doing well. I'm not certain how the shops are doing in my area especially because of the exceptionally mild winter that we have been experiencing. Thanks for your comment and for checking in!

Glad to see that business is good for you. The bike shops in my city are all reporting sales and service much higher than January 2005, and this is with two new bike shops that opened during the last year.
